Sessions are calm, practical conversations designed to help you slow things down, see situations more clearly, and decide what to do next.
There’s no jargon, no pressure, and no being told what you should do — just honest discussion and clear thinking.

Sessions & Pricing
Coaching sessions are one-to-one and held online.
Each session lasts around 60 minutes.
My standard rate is £100 per session.
As I’m building my practice, I’m currently offering a founding clients rate of £75 per session for a limited number of people.
There’s no obligation to commit to ongoing sessions.
You’re free to take things one step at a time.

After your first session
If you decide you’d like to continue, I also offer simple session packages. These are completely optional and simply offer a small saving for committing upfront.
- 3 sessions for £210 (£70 per session)
- 6 sessions for £390 (£65 per session)
Packages are paid upfront and can be used flexibly over time.
